At the end of each semester, service clubs are given the opportunity to fill in a club review to detail their activities and goals. Executive Service Council reviews all submissions before providing each club with one of the four statuses based on the following criteria. Should a club fall under the “Advancing” or “Unstable” category, the Council will arrange a meeting to discuss possible areas of improvement.

Exemplary

  • Fulfilling mission 
  • Evidence of at least 3 of the 5 approaches to service 
  • Consistently achieving goals
  • Setting and meeting new goals that continue to make club stronger
  • Sustainable 

Secure

  • Fulfilling mission
  • Evidence of at least 2-3 of the 5 approaches to service
  • Consistently achieving goals
  • Setting new goals that continue to make club stronger
  • Sustainable

Advancing

  • Fulfilling mission
  • Evidence of at least 1-2 of the 5 approaches to service
  • Goals set that indicate progress
  • Mostly sustainable

Unstable

  • Not fulfilling mission
  • Evidence of 0-1 of the 5 approaches to service
  • No goals or low goals
  • Not sustainable
  • Will become a SOC or possibly fold
