At the end of each semester, service clubs are given the opportunity to fill in a club review to detail their activities and goals. Executive Service Council reviews all submissions before providing each club with one of the four statuses based on the following criteria. Should a club fall under the “Advancing” or “Unstable” category, the Council will arrange a meeting to discuss possible areas of improvement.

Beginning in the 2019-2020 school year, the Executive Service Council will implement bylaws for the Service Council and ESC itself. Some of the new changes are that Exemplary clubs get the privilege of using a bulletin board, and twice semesterly unstable clubs will be mandated to fold. Thrice semesterly advancing clubs will be forced to fold as well.
